Phase 1 of the new cross-docking centre goes into operation

A total project of more than 11.000 m² of cross-docking located in Saintes

At the beginning of the year 2020 we have commissioned the first phase of our new cross-docking depot. It has a surface area of 4122m² in addition to the existing 5592m². With its 32 loading docks it allows a fluid flow of goods. 

With the commissioning of this first phase, the construction of the second phase has started. This second phase will have a surface area of 1668m² and will bring to the project a total of about 50 loading docks. 

Given the size of the building, we have opted for partial automation by installing an automatic chain that will allow pallets to be moved throughout the entire warehouse.
