Last weekend, Van Mieghem Logistics hosted a unique internal event: the first edition of its cuistax relay race, bringing together our employees and their families in a friendly and sporty atmosphere. In teams of two, participants took turns on a dedicated course, combining speed, coordination, and… plenty of laughter!
A moment to connect… differently
In a professional environment often driven by deadlines and operational priorities, it is essential to create spaces where collaborators can meet outside the usual work framework. This event allowed us to strengthen bonds, communicate differently, and share a moment of relaxation, across all departments.
Sport as a vector of collaboration
Behind the playful aspect of the cuistax race, the full value of teamwork was expressed: coordination, strategy, mutual support, and a spirit of competition with respect for others. Each duo had to organize themselves, effectively take turns, and move forward together, exactly as in our professional activities.
A unifying event for collaborators and their families
Beyond the team, the family dimension was also highlighted. By integrating loved ones into this day, we wanted to value the commitment of our collaborators and offer them a quality moment with their children, spouses, and friends. This is also company life: creating connections, strengthening the feeling of belonging, and sharing human values.
