Main tasks:
- Delivery note management: Tracking, checking, and filing delivery notes related to shipments.
- Road sheets & CMR: Managing road sheets and CMRs, ensuring document compliance with current regulations.
- Compliance verification: Ensuring all administrative documents are complete and compliant with legal and internal requirements.
- Document processing: Sorting, scanning, encoding, and archiving documents (delivery notes, CMRs, road sheets, etc.).
- Research and vigilance: Maintaining active monitoring of document management, searching for necessary information, and reporting any anomalies or non-compliance.

- Experience: You have prior experience in an administrative position, ideally within the logistics or transport field.
- Organizational skills: You are meticulous, organized, and have excellent attention to detail.
