Main tasks:

  • Delivery note management: Tracking, checking, and filing delivery notes related to shipments.
  • Road sheets & CMR: Managing road sheets and CMRs, ensuring document compliance with current regulations.
  • Compliance verification: Ensuring all administrative documents are complete and compliant with legal and internal requirements.
  • Document processing: Sorting, scanning, encoding, and archiving documents (delivery notes, CMRs, road sheets, etc.).
  • Research and vigilance: Maintaining active monitoring of document management, searching for necessary information, and reporting any anomalies or non-compliance.

Desired profile:

  • Experience: You have prior experience in an administrative position, ideally within the logistics or transport field.
  • Organizational skills: You are meticulous, organized, and have excellent attention to detail.
  • IT proficiency: Good command of office software (Word, Excel) and document management tools.
  • Communication skills: You work well in a team and can communicate clearly and effectively.
